Letter to our valued readers

Published: 22 May, 2020

Dear Colleagues

We would like to let you know that our contract with PHARMAC to provide educational resources to primary care about “Responsible Use of Medicines” has come to an end. Our final theme for this contract, Respiratory Health, will be published over the next few months. After that, we will continue to publish resources on new topics for our other contracts, delivered to you in the usual way. We are delighted with the positive feedback we have received about our COVID-19 bulletins, and we plan to continue a regular primary care bulletin on a range of topics. We also offer our subscription-based Primary Care Update Series, with the first topic free.

We will continue to be your source of general practice-led, evidence-based, trustworthy and easily digested clinical guidance, practical resources and tools to assist primary care practice and improve patient outcomes. We have a highly skilled Publications team, including general practitioners, pharmacists, medical writers and data analysts, with collectively almost 200 years of service and institutional knowledge of the primary care sector. We are proud to be an independent voice of general practice and have always had editorial control over our content.

Bpacnz has a long history of providing resources to primary care in New Zealand and we look forward to continuing this relationship and further developing our products to meet your needs. If you have any questions or comments, please get in touch with us at: [email protected]
